I agree with Dorothy. Owners are responsible for badly behaved dogs as with children. I say bring back licences!

well i witnessed something this afternoon i have to share,i went to julies just before "walkies" for the pooch,and yes i actually heard him ........... wait for it ......... woof ! yes really,and bless her julie said "there i told you he could talk"

He did not just woof----he mumbled and grumbled at you cos you wouldn't stroke him. wouldn't play with him and wouldn't go on a walk with him. YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.

well partly true i didnt stroke him as i was drinking my cup o tea ,now everyone knows when you SUFFER from RH and god knows we suffer !our imune system is not as it should be so i was purely protecting myself,and no i didnt go for a walk but thats because i didnt UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT i say TALKING but you know i mean mean woofing about
